Carly Cavaliere is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist who draws on her advanced training in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to provide intentional, functional, and therapeutic massage.
She believes the body has a natural ability to heal when given the right conditions. Her massage work supports restoring balance to facilitate this healing by addressing muscular imbalances, postural shifts, chronic pain, and repetitive strain injuries, while promoting stress relief, recovery, and the release of stored tension.
Carly integrates a range of techniques into her practice, from gentle restorative and somatosensory work to targeted deep tissue work including trigger point therapy and myofascial release. She is passionate about providing intuitive sessions, tailoring treatments to each client’s unique needs.
Carly’s work is deeply rooted in anatomical knowledge, yet embraces the natural ebb and flow of the body’s rhythms. She finds beauty in how the human body reflects nature’s patterns — its tides, cycles, and seasons of change — and brings this perspective into every session.
Carly lives on Daniel Island, where she enjoys watching the sunrise over the creek, kayaking and cooking at home!
